Utahmototrials.com has implemented their own version of Teamup Calendar here. This is awesome as I can now just link their calendar into the Rockies Regional Calendar.
I see their big 2-day event (Utah State Games) is in April this year which should keep the temps down some. The one I went to was in June and if you aren't acclimated to high heat and thin air Cedar City can wear you down. Even if you can't make the event if you've never been to Cedar City riding area I can highly recommend it - big super sticky rocks and only about 12 miles outside of town. Googly Map Link. Lastly like every trials club in America, Utah has some rules that are probably a little different than your local club. Specifically in Utah you can back up:
On one hand you are thinking 'hey backing up is a 5' on the other hand once you ride out there on some of those big rocks the rules makes some sense. My 2 cents, local rules are designed to support the needs of the local club so I'm cool with it. It's a state law versus federal law thing. Carry on - go ride. Comments are closed.
